All hardware, software, networking, maintenance and support costs are included in the subscription fee.
It is a secure service with 128 bit SSL encrypton and password protection. The whole system is backed up to a remote location daily and has built in redundancy to ensure availabilty.
If your school has internet connectivity then it's equipped for Virtual Schools, with no additional hardware software or management required.
