"I was recommended Virtual Schools as designers for our new school website by our federated school. They had recently worked with them to set up their new website. As ours was outdated and hard to maintain we decided the time was right to re-launch our one.
The people who I dealt with were very helpful and supportive. They listened to our ideas suggestions and ideas but also could guide us in the right direction, to make the best of what they could offer.
The whole process was quick and relatively painless and in no time our website was approved and up and running. Training was provided at different times which allowed us to work at our own pace and get used to things gradually. It is always nice too that if there are any problems, there is someone who will talk things through and sort it out with you!
Having a new website has been great for the school. The children enjoy seeing their work and contributions online and it gives them an opportunity to find out what the rest of the school is up to as well as sharing their work and news interactively with their families. We are at a stage now where staff are taking more responsibility for adding articles and updating their news. The next step is to get the children to start contributing both individually and in class.
