In March 2006 Kings' School, Winchester was selected as the Enterprise Hub for Hampshire with the core objective of facilitating Enterprise CPD for all teachers in all secondary schools and special schools in the hub area, with a very clear intention to develop enterprising teaching and learning and enterprising leadership in schools. In order to optimise the potential of the network Stuart Johnson, Hub Leader at Kings' School, met with the six enterprise spoke school leaders to collaborate and form the Hampshire Enterprise Learning Partnerships - known as HELP!

HELP drives the design psychology of the central hub website and each partnership microsite. The design theme and structure allows each of the school partnerships to maintain their own unique identity, whilst at the same time forming a coherent part of the enterprise hub. Core elements of each microsite sit alongside the individualism of each school and its teachers.
