At Virtual Schools we have a passion for design. The look and feel of your website will communicate your image to the outside world. That is why we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest levels of imagination, graphical quality and usability.
Designs are originated from your specific brief, incorporating your input and requirements.
Typically, the school will have a set of design elements it wishes to use: specific colours, badges, the typeface for the school logo, etc. If it doesn't then we can help create these standard elements.

Your design, using CSS & RSS, will be fully compliant with internet standards, including BECTA and DDA requirements. There is also the option to include Flash animation either as a design element or as a site tool such as a Virtual Tour. Click on the image below to view an example of this feature.
Existing designs
Alternatively, if the school has a design that it wants to use we can transfer this to the Virtual Schools platform.
The school will still receive all the functionality of the Virtual Schools system and we will code it to comply whenever possible with accessibility standards.
Pre-formatted Templates
We provide attractive, standard pre-formatted templates from which the school can choose.
These are adapted using the design features from the school and then transferred to the Virtual Schools platform.
